Welcome learner; the first step into your fitness career.

Gym instructors provide a key role within health and fitness settings and are considered by many as the face of the organisation.

Following a successful membership sale, gym instructors are normally the next person a new customer will interact with, therefore they need to be welcoming and professional, building a positive report and making them feel at ease. Gym instructors provided valuable technical input, therefore their knowledge and understanding of how the body reacts to exercise must be strong. This will help them to support clients whether their goals and guide them through positive behaviour change, whilst also ensuring the health and safety of all members is maintained throughout their visit. The information, content and resources at Summit Fitness aim to cover all of these areas, providing you with the knowledge and understanding needed to have a successful career in the health and fitness industry.
