1. Saints Health & Fitness
First over to Prestatyn for our 1st spot on this list, with Saints Health & Fitness. Saints offer a range of extensive facilities, all of the physical fitness areas you need for your workouts and entire rooms focusing on certain activities, full cycle rooms, squash courts and even a sauna if you need a 20-minute relaxation from your workout.
Saints gym has added a number of nice touches for their customers including a bar located right next to the reception and free wifi for all customers. They also offer under 18’s a special price of £3.50 for individual sessions that are separate from buying a membership.

2. Rhyl Leisure Centre
A short trip to Rhyl with our next spot, sitting just next to the Rhyl High School sits Rhyl Leisure Centre, the multi-activity site that has exactly what you need and more. Boxing? Swimming? Abdominal workouts? We’ll be here all day if we were to name off everything you can get done within the leisure centre itself, but one thing to point out is it has the added benefit of a swimming pool that’s available through different memberships. You can get swimming-only memberships that give you plenty of time to enjoy yourself in the pool.

Over to the Wrexham for the next gym, MB Fitness. Hitting the nail on the head over at MB fitness with a wide range of classes alongside their modernised gym itself, classes that cover all areas depending on what type of workout you’re trying to get in. Alongside that are their daily scheduled classes that you and your friends can join in on, as long as you’ve got a membership there, which can be as low as £15 pounds for students!
The no contract, no joining fee memberships are great for anyone looking to get into shape but not be tied into any long-term commitments.

6. Lyons Den Fitness
Looking for a top-notch gym but would like to test it out for a couple of days without buying a membership? Well over at Lyons Den fitness, they’ve got you covered with the availability of day rates which means you’re free to use their facilities on that day for only £4 before you purchase a membership.
The range of things you can get done in your time at Lyons Den definitely won’t leave you bored anytime soon, air-conditioned fitness zones, jogging tracks and even a sauna. You can jump in on classes for £5 or to back-to-back classes for £8. If you think you are going to use the classes a lot their memberships offer unlimited classes.

The seventh spot goes to another gym that offers day passes, paying only £5 for an entire day at the gym. The gym has high-end gym equipment that makes working out a pleasure. Energie Fitness also off a range of different classes throughout the week.

8. Nova Prestatyn
Continuing over from Rhyl Leisure Centre, Prestatyn’s Nova Leisure Centre is one of the eight gyms you can visit with the Denbightire leisure membership. Once you’ve made your way into the Nova you can choose from a range of 80 classes to fit your needs and also have the freedom to use their swimming pool alongside your membership just like Rhyl Leisure Centre.
The two leisure centres share loads of similarities, which one you choose is purely down to personal preferences, the centres themselves are a brilliant area for the fitness community, you’re bound to make new gym friends who’ll join you for your next work out.

9. Powerzone Gym
The name of their business tells you exactly what they do, a pure power gym! Everyone is welcome to visit the power zone gym and put 110% into their next workout, especially with the in-house supplements store for those who need that step up when working out.

Well, Powerzone cares immensely about those who come to visit their gym especially if you’re thinking about getting a membership there, so they offer to give your first session completely free! If that’s not prompt to “train like a monster” then we don’t know what is.
